After completing their tour with Fettes Brot, Vincent Van Go Go are returning to Germany for their fourth tour this February. Vincent Van Go Go have played to sold out shows in Europe (including Germany) and the U.S. VVGG has previously toured with Toots and The Maytals in the US and were chosen by the BBC as best band alongside Amy Winehouse and the Fratellis. TOURING WITH FETTES BROT (DE)
Over the past three weeks Vincent Van Go Go have been city-hopping in Germany, Austria and Switzerland as support act for German group Fettes Brot (Best German Act, 2008 MTV awards). We have been able to fit both gear and band into a Fiat Multipla (read: small car) in which we have by now traversed close to 10.000 kilometers. Sounds rough? Think again. Fettes Brot’s philosophy is to treat their support act as a member of the family so to speak. They have arranged for hotels along the way, catering and helping hands whereever we need it. Also, Fettes Brot work with an ultra professional crew making the production run like clockwork. We have felt very much at home, and have had the excess energy needed to put our very best into our performances. From Vienna to Rostock the audiences have welcomed us with open arms, singing, cheering and clapping their hands – we have been discussing whether Fettes Brot have the best audience in Germany, or if Germans in general are just the world’s best party people. We hope to find out when we go back on tour in Germany in February 2009.

| Last Days of April is now back in Sweden, after rocking their first ever US Tour. They toured with the legendary Lemonheads, played the SXSW festival, and opened for up and coming band City and Colour (featuring Dallas Green of Alexisonfire). The tour’s success will hopefully only be the first of many US visits for the band! |

Singer songwriter, Chris Pierce, is on tour in Northern & Southern California and Portland, OR. Chris recently returned from a successful tour in Europe, with dates in the UK, France, and Italy, where he recorded sessions for iTunes UK, and collaborated with respected musician/producer Nittin Sawney on an acoustic track for his new album. If you missed his last tour, be sure to catch him at the Rocket Room in SF (Dec. 1), Lizard Lounge in Portland (Dec. 6), Zoey’s in Ventura (Dec. 8), and The Roxy in LA (Dec. 18).
Last Days of April will begin their first U.S. tour ever, in February 2008 with dates in LA, San Francisco, and NY!
